Daniel Marsh started his career in the London insurance industry before moving to Australia. He saw there was a gap in the market where recruiters didn’t quite understand how the insurance industry operated and the unique challenges it faces. He draws on his industry expertise after working for companies such as CGU Insurance, Willis and Chubb Insurance, which has made him and his team so sought-after in the insurance recruitment industry.

Many of our management and consulting team commenced their careers in operational insurance, superannuation and baking roles, and continue to maintain deep industry networks that help ensure we are so much more than just a recruitment partner.

Our goal is to partner with premium businesses throughout the country and ultimately stand alone as the market leader.
