Position Summary

• To provide inspiration, motivation and guidance to leaders and managers in the company.
• To ensure all operational requirements are effective to deliver the company’s operational goals, throughout the organisation. Support growth in performance standards that reflect quality outputs.
• To ensure all service, advice and duties are provided in a fair and ethical manner and compliant with all relevant legislation, regulations, codes and Company policy and procedures.
• To be cognisant of the company’s financial goals, working within the strategic formulation governed by the Board.
• Marshall resources throughout the company to create a competitive platform internally and externally.
• Represent the company at events, including presentations.
• Actively write and review business proposals supported by market analysis.
• Demonstrate leadership.
• This position is located out of their North Sydney Head Office.
